Matching shifts
Swaps must be requested at least 24 hours before the shift start time.
You can only swap with a guard of the same grade, at the same depot.
Full week swaps require approval from a rostering officer.
Denied requests can be resubmitted once the reason has been addressed.
Excessive swap requests may be flagged for a fatigue management review.
